Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 serving (can) cold Glucerna SR™, vanilla
- ½ cup (123g) crushed pineapple
- 1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1 teaspoon (4.92mL) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon (4.92mL) orange extract
- 5 ice cubes
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon (.275g) nutmeg
Preparation
- Blend Glucerna SR™, pineapple, orange, extracts, and ice on high until well-incorporated and smooth
- Pour into glass and sprinkle with nutmeg
- Serve

Cold Cappuccino Mocha
Ingredients
- 1 serving (can) vanilla Glucerna SR™
- ½ cup (120mL) water
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until well-incorporated and smooth
- Serve immediately

Banana Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 1 medium (100g) banana
- 100mL cold water
- 100mL cold low-fat or skim milk
Preparation
- Peel and roughly cut up banana into pieces
- Put cut bananas, Glucerna SR™, water, and milk into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
- Serve cool or cold in a cup or glass

Strawberry Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 6 large (100g) strawberries
- 100mL cold water
- 100mL cold low-fat or skim milk
- Artificial sweetener (optional)
Preparation
- Wash strawberries and remove green leafy tops
- Cut strawberries into quarters
- Put strawberries, Glucerna SR™, artificial sweetener, water, and milk into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
- Serve cool or cold in a cup or glass

Papaya Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- ¼ large slice (100g) of large papaya
- 100mL cold water
- 100mL cold low-fat or skim milk
Preparation
- Remove skin and seeds from papaya and clean
- Cut papaya into inch-sized pieces
- Put papaya, Glucerna SR™, water, and milk into blender
- Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
- Serve cool or cold in a cup or glass

Ingredients
- 1 serving (can) chocolate Glucerna SR™
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ teaspoon (1.23mL) vanilla extract
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until well-incorporated and smooth

Mocha-Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 serving (can) chocolate Glucerna SR™
- 1 teaspoon decaffeinated coffee
Preparation
- Heat Glucerna SR™ to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL.
- Add coffee and serve immediately

Cappuccino
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 1 rounded teaspoon (1.5g) coffee granules (decaffeinated)
- 200mL hot water*
Preparation
- Place Glucerna SR™ powder in a coffee mug or glass
- In a separate container or cup, dissolve coffee in hot water
- Slowly add hot coffee mixture to cup containing Glucerna SR™ powder, stirring thoroughly with each addition
*To make Cold Cappuccino, simply dissolve coffee in 3 tablespoons of hot water and add 150mL cold water before adding to Glucerna SR™ powder

Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
- 2 rounded tablespoon (10g) cocoa powder
- 200mL water (room temperature) or milk (skim or low-fat)
- Artificial sweetener
Preparation
- Place Glucerna SR™ powder, cocoa powder, and artificial sweetener in a cup or glass
- Slowly add water or milk to ingredients in cup, stirring constantly
- Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL
